4 Ways to Make Money using X🤑

Hey there, Hustlers! Welcome to the first edition of Business Nuggets. Today we’re gonna dive into the wild world of making money with X(Formerly Twitter). We’ll share 4 killer methods you can capitalize on to turn those tweets into cold, hard cash!

1. X Revenue Sharing

X (Formerly Twitter) recently introduced revenue sharing for all its Premium Members who are eligible.

To be considered eligible for creator ads revenue sharing you must:

  1. Be subscribed to X Premium or Verified Organizations.

  2. Have at least 5M organic impressions on your cumulative posts within the last 3 months.

  3. Have at least 500 followers

You can use the quick follow-for-follow method to get 500 followers quickly. But, getting 5M impressions can be quite tricky, so here’s what you can do:

  1. Pick 5 large creators who get a lot of views on their posts

  2. Give a hilarious or controversial reply to all their newest posts as quickly as possible.

  3. Repost & Quote small creators’ tweets which are doing well.

Or you could just start with the much harder but reliable way of creating content around something that interests you. It is hard at first but it will make you a lot of money in the long run and the next 3 ways are based on creating informative content.

2. Selling Digital Products

Once you start creating content that is informative and interesting, you can create and sell your digital products such as e-books, templates, courses, access to communities, etc.

To start, learn something new that interests you and share your journey with others without any hesitation because if you like it then there will be other people who like it too.

Some tips to sell digital products:
  1. Sell high-ticket products

Create and sell products that pack a lot of value and sell them at a higher price to make more money with fewer sales.

  2. Collaborate with other creators to launch products

Find other creators in your niche to partner with and launch digital products combining a lot of expertise into a bundle.

  3. Give away free products

Create products that are small but have a lot of value and give them away for free to gain followers and their trust.

3. Creating a Newsletter

Starting an email Newsletter might feel old-fashioned but it is the best business to start making money and build an audience. Pick a trending niche and start writing content around it. You can write articles and repurpose them into tweets and threads to post on X without having to put in more effort.

The key is to send a high-quality email that your readers are waiting to read. You can start with a daily newsletter and then gradually turn it into a weekly or bi-weekly newsletter.

You can create giveaway campaigns to grow your email list such as these:

It’s a double win as it will also increase your reach and follower count.

Here’s another genius strategy to grow your email list:

1. Find at least 10 creators in the same niche as you.

2. Create 2 lead magnets that their/your audience might be interested in.

3. DM them asking to giveaway this lead magnet in return for a mention or promotion for your newsletter.

You need to reach out to at least 10 small creators in your niche as some might not agree.

4. Providing Your Services

To make money by providing your services you need to have a monetizable skill such as video editing, designing, copywriting, etc. If you don’t have any skills you need to spend some time learning a skill.

There are 2 ways you can make money by providing a service:

  1. Freelancing

  2. Agency

1. Freelancing:

Freelancing is like being the CEO of your own one-person company. You get to set your hours, pick your projects, and—best of all—keep all the profits for yourself. 💰 Whether you're a graphic designer, a writer, or a social media manager, there's a high demand for freelancers on X. So, how does it work?

You put out some high-quality tweets about the skill you’re learning and subtly promote your services. You also reach out to potential clients offering them a discount or a free service in return for a testimonial.

2. Agency:

Think of an agency as freelancing on steroids. Instead of flying solo, you team up with other talented individuals to offer a wider range of services to clients.

You can start an agency directly or turn your freelancing gig into an agency with leverage and a proven track record.

As an agency owner, your job will be to hire top-tier talent to find clients & provide services. Your X account will act as the top funnel for your agency driving clients to your agency. There will be another article coming out about agencies and how-to start and scale them.

And that’s it for this edition of Business Nuggets.
